It’s Been a While Since We’ve Talked
Hello, Ladies!
Building a business as a solopreneur can take the starch right out of your shorts and consume your time like a hungry predator.
But like or hate it (with just a little nausea thrown in for good measure), no one with an online startup business these days will succeed without building up an online presence through the various social media outlets, so that is what I chose to focus on for a few months. And it keeps me very busy.
But my commitment to promoting health and wellness through information and discussion is as firm as ever, so check in to watch this blog site for posts every Wednesday from now on unless notified to the contrary.
This week, my focus is on one of my favorite topics: sleep. REM sleep hygiene, as my doctor prefers to call it, is not only a physical and mental health necessity; I consider it to be a gift. It gives us an opportunity to rest and restore our brains and it even drives our creativity and innovation engines. Einstein used dreams that way.
